Los Angeles – Jam City, the mobile games studio behind Disney Emoji Blitz, today announced that ‘The Child’ and ‘The Mandalorian’ emojis, based on the Disney+ live-action Star Wars™ series The Mandalorian, will be available for a limited time in the wildly popular match-3 mobile game. Between February 15 and February 18, 2020, The Child, fondly referred to as ‘Baby Yoda’ by fans, and the mysterious bounty hunter will join fellow Star Wars characters Luke and Leia in Disney Emoji Blitz. During this special limited-time event, players can complete in-game challenges to earn and be among the first to send a text message featuring these new emojis!
Through Disney Emoji Blitz, players collect and match hundreds of Disney, Pixar and Star Wars emojis. Players can earn prizes, complete missions, and discover new emoji characters from Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Wreck-It Ralph, Mickey Mouse & Friends, Disney Villains, Pixar’s Toy Story and more.
The Child and The Mandalorian emojis will not be available to collect or purchase after Feb. 18. They may be brought back periodically for future events. Disney Emoji Blitz is currently available on the App Store and Google Play.
