CHAMPIONS ASCENSION 2ETH PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. You must be at least the age of majority or older in your Country, province or territory of residence to participate in the Promotion.

1. Employees (and their immediate families and those living in the same household of such employees, whether or not related) of Jam City, Inc. (“Sponsor”) or their respective affiliated companies, management companies, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and marketing companies and any company in which the Sponsor, or any such Sponsor affiliated company owns a controlling share (collectively, “Sponsor Entities”) are not eligible to enter the Promotion. Interpretations of these Rules by Sponsor are final in all matters relating to the Promotion.

2. By submitting an entry in the Promotion, you represent and warrant to Sponsor that your entry is wholly original and does not infringe upon or otherwise violate any right of any person, entity, or any applicable law, rule or regulation. Violation or breach of these representations or warranties may subject you to penalties and damages under applicable law. Entrants may also enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period by visiting https://gleam.io/bKjky/2-eth-2-eth-email-entry and submitting the online entry form. All online form entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry form per Promotion Period. Each entry form is worth 1 entry. Promotion will be open to 2 winners who purchase on OpenSea starting at 21:00 UTC on Feb 25th until Feb 26th at 21:00 UTC (“Promotion Period”).

ALL ENTRIES BECOME THE PROPERTY OF SPONSOR AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED.

4. Two (2) Prizes are available for the Promotion Period. The Prize shall consist of 2 ETH.

The Winner(s) must complete any additional legal documents provided by Sponsor with respect to any prizes and return them as instructed within the time frame specified by Sponsor or forfeit the prize at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize in a timely manner, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected. Receipt of the prize by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all laws and regulations.

5. All costs and expenses not specifically listed above, including, without limitation, sales or use tax to be incurred in connection with redemption of the Prize are solely the Winners’ responsibility. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to the Winner who are unable to accept or utilize the prizes.

7. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES BY A POTENTIAL WINNER OR ANY BEHAVIOR BY A POTENTIAL WINNER THAT WILL BRING SUCH WINNER OR SPONSOR INTO DISREPUTE (IN SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH POTENTIAL WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A POTENTIAL WINNER AND ALL RIGHTS AS A POTENTIAL WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

8. By entering, you agree to defend (at Sponsor’s option), hold harmless and indemnify Sponsor and Sponsor Entities, their respective officers, directors, partners, members, shareholders, employees, agents, executors, family members, heirs and assigns, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies from and against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) your participation in the Promotion; and/or (ii) the receipt, redemption or use of the Prizes awarded in the Promotion. You agree to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Sponsor and Sponsor Entities and, further covenant not to sue Sponsor, or Sponsor Entities, and hereby acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor any Sponsor Entity has made or is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, condition or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prizes.
